Turkish hospitality vocabulary at the brain level — not bolted on as a translation layer. Deepens as the Level 1 industry brain accumulates more network signal. Every reservation processed, every guest message handled, every operator interaction adds to the corpus.
Sovereign deployment on Turkish foundation models is structurally only possible for a Türkiye-domiciled platform. We deploy on the strongest Turkish-capable base today (Trendyol open-weight tunes); we are positioned to deploy on whatever Turkish foundation model becomes production-ready first.
Each hotel's Level 3 brain cannot be transferred. It was trained on data that lives in our database under their tenancy. Switching to any competitor isn't just software migration — it's a measurable cognitive downgrade. The 18-month accumulation clock starts at signup and competitors cannot fast-forward it.
The Level 1 industry brain is uncopiable from outside Türkiye because its training data is uncopiable from outside Türkiye. At 200 hotels marginally useful. At 1,000 hotels it beats any consultancy in the country. At 2,500 it is the most authoritative operational intelligence about Türkiye hospitality that has ever existed — and it lives inside our architecture.

Why this is uncopiable
Compliance is a data model rebuild. Language depth is years of Turkish hospitality corpus. Sovereignty is a Türkiye-domiciled entity. Property brains are 18-month accumulations under our tenancy. Industry brain is training data they cannot access. The agent endpoint is engineered architecture they shipped as an afterthought. Provider catalog is partnership work measured in years. Network density needs a regulatory environment they do not operate in.
Each moat compounds the others. A foreign vendor cannot pick the easy ones to replicate without becoming a Türkiye-native platform — at which point they have rebuilt our company. That is the test of structural defensibility, and we pass it on every dimension.
